Metastock
Anyone reading The Essentials of Trading will see a lot of
Metastock charts and studies based on the data they provide.
This is a favorite software package/data service of the
book's author, and one he has used for more than a decade.
We've been able to arrange for some very nice deals for you,
so be sure to check it out if you are looking for a high
quality technical analysis package.
PowerRatings
This is a nifty little tool we have
recently become familiar with. If you are trading
stocks in the short-term, PowerRatings can come in very
handy. They help identify the stocks that are likely
to outperform or underperform. Give the free trial a
shot.
Online Option
Dr. Cooper who runs this service uses a very
similar stock selection and option trading method
as outlined in Appendix B of The Essentials
of Trading. Online Option acts as a
great screening service for finding good trading
opportunities, and is pretty inexpensive.
